Welcome to 2026 Los Amigos Sun Valley Ski Trip Main Registration Page

Please read the instructions before signing up.

Full package price comes out to be $1,930.* Full package  includes lodging, air on United into Hailey, Idaho, and transfers to and from Hailey airport.  The Ground package is $1,395* and does not include air but does include airport transfers.  Group air (from San Antonio to Hailey) is $535* and is purchased separately (see below). 

1. This signup page is the official signup for the trip. The outbound flight into Hailey, Idaho has a connection in Denver. San Antonio departure is 4:43 PM arrival 6:12 PM (Denver) | 7:15 PM depart Denver arrival 9:29 PM Hailey. Return flight is from Hailey to Chicago with a connecting flight to San Antonio. Arrival in San Antonio 11:13 PM (Final flight schedule will be confirmed in January by United Airlines).

2. During Signup, you must select the Ground package.  Select the Air package if you wish to travel on Group Air with the club.  Select the Ground package only if you are flying on your own.  Please note that at this time, air on your own may be be significantly higher than the group air.  If you fly into Boise, Idaho, you will need to arrange your own transfer to and from Sun Valley.  Currently transfers from Boise are $145.

3. This signup page does not include lift tickets.  Lift tickets will be handled separately in order to accommodate changes that invariably happen.  Lift tickets do not need to be purchased at this time.

*Prices are subject to change. Prices are per person double occupancy.  Los Amigos will make every effort to pair up singles with another single, but in the event that another single is not available, singles may be asked to pay the single supplement price or be dropped from the trip and have their payments fully refunded.
