Full package price is $7,115.* Full package includes lodging, round trip air transportation from San Antonio, transfers to and from the airport, and all package activities. Airfare is based on negotiated group rates with Turkish Airlines and is subject to airline booking and ticketing deadlines. Final Airfare may vary at the time of ticketing, depending on airline policies and taxes.
The Ground package is $5,055* and includes accommodation, meals, transfers, safari vehicles, professional guides, park fees, and cultural experience (see below). Travelers may choosing to book their own international flights independently, must coordinate arrival/departure to align with group transfers.
Sign Up Procedure
1. This page is the official signup for the trip. Start sign up by selecting “Sign Up Now” up above.
2. During Signup the Ground package will be selected. Additionally, you must select the Air Package if you wish to travel on Group Air with the club. (See above for details)
3. Tanzania requires a single-entry eVisa Fee: $99.99. Recommended to apply 2 months prior to the trip by August 25, 2026.
4. Yellow Fever vaccination highly recommended 6 weeks prior to departure. Recommend you consult with your physician. If you should not have a yellow fever vacine due to a condition or age, you will need a letter from the doctor to show to the border immigrations officer to waive the requirement.
5. Travel insurance is not offered with this package.
