The board is in full-throttle mode, and we're counting on your continued support... and patience 😅. Late spring and early summer are especially busy for our club: not only are we finalizing contracts with vendors for the 2025–2026 trips and building out custom website pages, but we’re also wrapping up the final reconciliation of our 2024–2025 adventures. As a 501(c)(7) organization, we retain only a small percentage of any surplus to cover administrative costs, and the remainder is refunded proportionally to those who registered. Trip budgeting in today’s volatile travel industry is part art and part science, but we do our best to keep things fair and transparent. Our goal is to provide you with full details for all approved TSC and Club ski and cycling trips by July 15.

As you renew your membership—or better yet, invite a friend or family member to join—remember you can now order a permanent name tag (like the ones Board members and Trip Leaders wear) for just $15. No worries if you forget it—we’ll still have the classic sticky name tags available at events for members and guests. One longtime member recently told me how much they appreciate the return of name tags... a small thing that helps us feel more connected 😊.
As I mentioned in the last RoundUp, Dolly and I are excited to host the End-of-Year Pool Party at our home on June 21. Unlike last year—and likely thanks to our growing membership—a Waitlist has already started. If you sign up now, you’ll be automatically placed on the waitlist. Should a spot open, the first person in line will get an email and have 4 hours to register and pay. Because members get priority, it's unlikely we’ll be able to accommodate non-member guests this time around. Thanks for understanding—we look forward to toasting the close of a fantastic year with many of you soon! And if you’d like to start the toasting early, I’ll be at Happy Hour on June 3—come say hi and raise a glass 🍸!
