Earlier this month, I shared how the travel industry changes are reshaping how we plan the memorable adventures we all love. To work successfully with today's tour operators, we now need to have trip details ready and visible for early registration by June.

We're fortunate to have David Bell (VP for Trips) and Steve Finder (VP for Trips Planning) volunteering countless hours to finalize all the details that help you choose your ski destinations for 2025-26. Note: The Napa Valley 5-day bike trip will be available for registration on July 2. 

Whether you're a night owl staying up or an early bird setting your alarm, mark midnight on June 30 as your moment, with more trips rolling out in the fall based on future destinations (summer/fall 2026 and winter 2027) selected at Bidfest 2025 | San Antonio (August 1-3).
