Please read these detailed instructions before signing up. This will help explain the decisions you must make.
When signing up, you must make three (3) choices. The ground package is mandatory.
1. Do I want Group Air through O.A.T.?
2. Do I want to go on the Pre-Trip to Northern Morocco?
3. Do I want the Travel Protection Program?
It is best to make these choices at sign up but you can sign up without making a decision. But they must be made quickly after sign up.
O.A.T. is offering a $150 discount if you sign up by March 18th. That amount is taken off the Ground package. It returns to full price after March 18th.
You must have your Passport information (full name, number and expiration date before signing up). If you have a Known Traveler’s number with the TSA, please have that available when you sign up.
Full package price is $6,370.* Full package includes lodging, air into Casablanca, Morocco from San Antonio, transfers to and from the airport, and all package activities. The Ground package is $4,710* and includes all activities and transfers but does not include air. Group air (from San Antonio to Casablanca) is $1,660* and must be selected separately (see below).
O.A.T. offers trip insurance. It is called the Travel Protection Plan (TPP). It covers trip cancellation for any reason, trip interruption, and medical care. TPP costs $780 for the full package and $570 for ground only. There is an additional fee for the Pre-Trip. You may sign up for TPP any time between now and August 1, 2025 but signing up at initial registration has benefits. See the extensive discussion on the Morocco trip page.
If you are single, you are signing up for a double occupancy. We have four FREE single supplements available. They will be allocated on a first come basis by gender. The sooner you sign up, the more likely you are of getting a single supplement for free. There are no paid single supplements.
The trip requires a $500 deposit upon sign up. Please discuss any questions you might have with the trip leader and/or VP Trip Planning.
Sign Up Procedure
1. This page is the official signup for the trip. Start sign up by selecting “Sign Up Now” up above.
2. During Signup the Ground package will be selected. Additionally, you must select the Air package if you wish to travel on Group Air with the club. (See above for details)
3. If you wish to sign up for the Pre-Trip you may do so at sign up or can wait.
4. If you are only doing the ground package, please select the airport transfers for the main trip or the Pre-Trip if you are doing the Pre-Trip. Note: The main trip arrives in Casablanca but starts in Rabat. The Pre-Trip starts in Casablanca.
5. If you wish to add travel insurance at this time, please select the TPP option. This will add $549 to your total price. If you add air, please also select the $210 TPP air addendum. If you sign up for the Pre-Trip please select the Pre-Trip TPP. (See above for details) If you wish to add TPP later, please notify the Trip Leader or VP Trip Planning.
6. Please answer all required questions, especially passport and emergency contact questions.
