A big thank you to the 47 members who took the time to vote on the proposed Texas Ski Council destinations! Your input, combined with votes from the other 10 TSC member clubs, helped shape an exciting lineup of summer and fall expeditions for 2027, along with two outstanding ski weeks in 2028.
Here are the TSC destinations selected by vote:

Summer Expedition 2027: Sonoma Wine Country & More (Aug. 7–14, 2027)

Fall Expedition 2027: Slovenia/Croatia (our club will adjust the seven-night trip dates to avoid a conflict with the Vermont Cycling trip)

Traditional 2028: Telluride (Jan. 8–15)

Final Showdown 2028: Palisades Tahoe (Feb. 27–Mar. 6)
What this means for Los Amigos
These four trips are just the beginning! We're also exploring additional club-exclusive adventures to destinations you've told us you're interested in, including Whistler, an Alaska Expedition, and New Zealand. After the destination presentations and conversations with our travel partners at Bidfest, we're now requesting proposals and look forward to sharing more details as plans come together.

Registration for our 2026–2027 trips, which opened just eight weeks ago, has been fantastic. San Miguel de Allende, Purgatory, TSC Traditional Park City ski week have already moved to Wait List status, and several other trips are filling steadily.
If a trip catches your eye, don't wait to register. If you have questions, reach out to the Trip Leader—they're happy to help you determine whether a trip is the right fit for you. We can't wait to travel with you!
