| Hello Fellow Amigos!
The Los Amigos Ski, Travel, and Social Club is all about connecting people through shared experiences and making unforgettable memories together. Our mission is to provide destination opportunities that cater to a variety of interests - from hitting the slopes to exploring historic cities and everything in between.
We have an amazing 2027-28 and 2028-29 season lining up, with trips heading to top destinations including: Slovenia, Telluride, New Zealand, Nova Scotia, Sicily & Malta.
These adventures would not be possible without our dedicated volunteer Trip Leaders. As a Trip Leader, you'll get to share your love of travel and adventure with others while aiding your fellow Amigos in having a memorable adventure.
Trip Leaders work closely with the Tour Operator and VP Trips in planning and managing the logistics: lodging, transportation, activities, and more. Leading a trip can be a quite the rewarding experience and is a great way to become more involved with the club!
If this is something you’d like to experience, we'd love for you to consider becoming a Trip Leader or Assistant Trip Leader. Comprehensive training and support will be provided. In addition, a useful resource is the Trip Leaders Manual, a "nuts to bolts" document created by seasoned trip leaders.
To express your interest, please reach out to me by November 3 and let me know which trip you are interested in leading. We're so grateful for our capable volunteer leaders who help bring these travel dreams to life!
Warm regards,
Linda Lopez-George, Ed.D.
