Welcome to 2024 Texas Ski Council Fall Expedition to the Amalfi Coast and Rome, Italy. This is the Main Registration Page. You must login to register. Please read these detailed instructions before signing up. You must have your Passport information (full name, number and expiration date before signing up). If you have a Known Traveler’s number with the TSA, please have that available when you sign up. Full package price is $4,785.* Full package includes lodging, air Into Rome, Italy from San Antonio, transfers to and from the Rome airport, and all package activities. The Ground package is $3,025* and includes all activities but does not include air or airport transfers. Group air and Transfer (from San Antonio to Rome, Italy) is $1,250* and must be selected separately (see below). Note: Airport transfers are not included with the ground package. Airport transfer is included with the air package. If you purchase a ground package, you can transfer with the group but that will cost $80 one way or $160 round trip. To ride with the group you must be at the airport at the same time that the main body arrives. That time has not yet been determined. You will have a chance to decide if you wish to ride with the club once the arrival time at Rome has been determined. Los Amigos is looking into alternative transfer options. Premiere World Discovery offers trip insurance. It is called the Travelers Protection Plan (TPP). It covers cancellation from the trip for any reason. The TPP costs $440 a person and must be paid for when you sign up. Once you sign up for TPP, it is non-refundable. But TPP will cover the initial $500 deposit. The trip requires a $500 deposit upon sign up. Once this deposit is sent to Premiere, it is non-refundable. Los Amigos will hold on to your deposit for one to two week before sending your deposit to Premiere. This gives you a chance to make changes (cancel, add TPP, etc) before your deposit becomes non-refundable. Please discuss any questions you might have with the trip leader. Sign Up Procedure 1. This page is the official signup for the trip. Start sign up by selecting “Sign Up Now” up above. 2. During Signup the Ground package will be selected. Additionally, you must select the Air package if you wish to travel on Group Air with the club. (See above for details) 3. If you wish to add travel insurance, please select the TPP option. This will add $440 to your total price. (See above for details) 4. Please answer all required questions, especially passport and emergency contact questions.
