Please read the instructions before signing up.

Full package is $1,940 for Ptarmigan Inn (18 pillows).  Full package price includes lodging, air on United into Calgary International Airport, and transfers to and from Calgary to Banff.  The Ground package is $1,270* and include an airport transfers (must arrive based on group air arrival to utilize ground transfer).

Full package for Moose Hotel & Suites is $2,475 (6 pillows).  Full package price includes lodging, air on United into Calgary International Airport, and transfers to and from Calgary to Banff.  The Ground package is $1,810 and includes airport transfer (must arrive based on group air arrival to utilize ground transfer).

1. This signup page is the official signup for the trip.  The club is flying into Calgary, Canada. Members flying on their own are encouraged to book air into Calgary.  Transfers from Calgary are still being investigated.  It is possible that there may not be a TSC shuttle from Calgary to Banff should you not arrive prior to the TSC Shuttles departure. Commercial transportation from Calgary will be significantly more expensive and less convenient.

2. During Signup, you must select the Ground package utilizing either the Ptarmigan Inn or Moose Hotel & Suites based on your desire and availability.  Select the Air package if you wish to travel on Group Air with the club (quantities limited).  You must select the Ground package even if you are flying on your own.

3. You will then be asked to select a airport transfer from the Calgary Airport. Airport Transfers are  $80. These are round trip transfers.  Should you have any questions regarding the transfer, please contact the Trip Leader for further details.
 
4. This signup page does not include lift tickets.  Lift tickets will be handled separately in order to accommodate changes that invariably happen.  Lift tickets do not need to be purchased at this time.

*Prices are subject to change.  Prices are per person double occupancy. Los Amigos will make every effort to pair up singles with another single, but in the event that another single is not available, singles may be asked to pay the single supplement price or be dropped from the trip and have their payments fully refunded.
