Spring is calling! Lace up your boots and soak in the fresh energy of Eisenhower Park as we welcome longer days, greener trails, and that feel-good springtime stride. It’s the perfect warm-up as our hiking group builds momentum toward our big adventure to Davis Mountains State Park at the end of March—let’s hit the trail together! We will meet @ the kid‘s playground near the parking lot. Plan on hiking 5 miles on uneven terrain.

Elections, bylaws, and a year-in-review—wrapped in shamrocks and good cheer! Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with fellow Amigos and a fun pre-meeting social hour.

Start your fall weekend with a leisurely drive to Schulenburg as we cruise scenic Texas backroads to explore three of the region’s famous Painted Churches. Built by German, Czech, Austrian, and Swiss immigrants in the 19th and early 20th centuries, these unassuming country churches reveal breathtaking interiors filled with hand-painted murals, ornate altars, and remarkable artisan craftsmanship. It’s a beautiful glimpse into the faith, culture, and small-town communities that helped shape Texas. After our self-guided church tour, we’ll unwind at Majek Vineyard & Winery for tastings and lunch surrounded by vineyard views and Texas hospitality.

April 23-27, 2027 Our first adventure to San Miguel de Allende, a World Heritage City awaits! Package includes: four nights at a 4-star boutique hotel (daily breakfast included), guided walking tour, exploration of archaelogical site-Cañada de la Virgen and The House of the 13 Heavens, plus a delicious foodie tour and cooking class, and private airport/hotel transfers, entrance fees, lodging & tourism tax ¡Vámonos!
